3 weeks to go!

So we have been a bit busy doing work on the house to blog. So here is the update from the last month. We think we should get keys in about 3 weeks with a couple of weeks of other bits before moving in. We have been doing a bunch of work in preparation outside and continuing the sound and sight system inside!


Outside we have completed the retaining wall to the north side


We have also put in the posts for the retaining on the south side at the front. We have also (with Pa's help) built brick piers that will support the decks at the front and the back.


Inside the painters and tilers have been busy. The kitchen has been installed including the bench tops. We are getting a much better feel for how it is going to look all finished up!



This weekend I started putting in the speakers and the second AV cabinet, and it is all working out. Nervous time looking for the cables after the gyprock is on......have never taken enough photos.








We will add more in the next few weeks as it starts to finish off!
